Ingredients

12lbs honey malt 4.6lbs pale what malt 32oz oat bran 48oz wheat bran 12lbs dextrose sugar Amaleze Yeast, distiller active dry yeast(dady)

Instructions

Boil 6gl water to 180 F , add oat bran and wheat bran, let simmer for 30 minutes, add bolt malt(crushed), and amaleze, simmer for 60 minute. When temp has reached 120f add sugar and mix well. Let cool to room temp then add yeast. Plus remaining water.

Notes from the maker

Fermentation should take 3-5 days. After fermentation is done strain out any solids left. And distill. Single run with thumper set up. I use the 10 gl copper pot and thumper set up, from the distillery network. After distilling age on American oak chips till desired taste
